Andrew Roberts is a Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA), qualified with CIMA, with over 30 years of business experience. He began investing in commercial property in 2005 and has been working with commercial-to-residential conversions for the majority of that time.

His background in accountancy gives him a distinct edge. Where many planning consultants focus solely on the planning process, Andrew approaches every project through a financial lens as well — understanding the numbers behind a development, not just the paperwork in front of it.
